We believe only
the Holy Bible to be the inspired, authoritative word of God. It was
written by men many years ago as they were inspired by the Holy
Spirit to do so. The Bible does not contain errors. It is absolute
truth and is the only writing ever, that tells how mankind can be
redeemed back to God. We believe it to be a present-day handbook on
how to live a life of victory in our current life.
We believe that there is one God, eternally existent in three
persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe the Lord Jesus
Christ, God's Son, to be our savior. We believe that Jesus died on a
cross, was buried in a borrowed tomb but, arose from the dead on the
third day after his death. This happened many years ago and Jesus is
today in Heaven at the right hand of God making intersession for us,
the believers. We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in
His sinless life, and in His miracles. We believe that Jesus was born
of a virgin (Mary) and lived approximately 33 years on this planet,
Earth, before he was killed on a cross. He was totally innocent of
the false charges brought against Him and died because it was the
plan of God, the heavenly father. We believe in Jesus' personal
return in power and glory.
We believe that for the salvation of lost and sinful people,
regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.
We believe in the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose
indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.
We believe in a final judgment where everyone will stand before
God and give account of the deeds done in this life. We believe in
the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved
unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the
resurrection of damnation.
We believe in the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus
Christ. We believe that every believer should unite themselves with a
body of believers where they can be held accountable, where they can
exhort one another and encourage one another. This body of believers
in know in North America as a 'church body.'
